Kathie Milligan is an oil and watercolor painter who has many years of teaching experience. She is a graduate of Skidmore College and received her MFA from the New York Studio School of Drawing and Painting. She has taught drawing and painting at the Greenwich Art Society, the Bartlett Arboretum and the Stamford, New Canaan and Darien Continuing Education Programs. She exhibits her work extensively.
