Kathie Milligan received her MFA in painting in spring, 2007 from the New York Studio School in Manhattan and her undergraduate degree in studio art is from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, New York. She has lived in both the United States and London, England and has shown work internationally. She is a multi-media artist concentrating on drawing and painting. Presently her time is divided between teaching and landscape painting.
