Description

Beginner bass guitar lessons focus on establishing foundational technique, rhythm, and familiarity with the instrument. Key elements include learning the anatomy of the bass (tuning, pickups, knobs), proper fingerstyle plucking with alternating index/middle fingers, fretting techniques, note reading, reading tablature (tabs), and establishing timing by playing simple, consistent grooves. Offered on Tuesdays only.
