Description

This beginner lyrical dance class merges ballet and modern technique with the freedom of jazz and contemporary, focusing on emotional expression and fluid movement. Class will include a warm-up, exercises for technique and choreography designed to help dancers strengthen, improve flexibility, learn a new way of moving and tell a story to music.
