Description
Adult Latin Jazz/Salsa is a high-energy class that explores the vibrant fusion of jazz and Latin American musical traditions, focusing on rhythms, melodies, and improvisations. Latin Jazz combines movements and rhythms of merengue, salsa, mambo, lambada, cha cha cha or samba with the Jazz Dance Technique. This class will aim to enhance musical skills, confidence and coordination through learned combinations and repertoire.
Train in a supportive judgment-free environment designed for fun, stress reduction, and physical health.
