Description

A dance class for students in kindergarten and grades 1 where dancers will be prepared for the requirements of Ballet 1 and 2. The start of the matriculated ballet program at the academy, students develop strength, coordination, flexibility and musicality as they begin to learn some basic ballet vocabulary. Instructors are professionals in the field and emphasize the joy of dance in a nurturing and positive environment. 

Dancers in Ballet 1A will have the opportunity to participate in the annual production of The Nutcracker during the Fall Semester and will perform a piece in the End-of-Year Performance, which concludes the Spring Semester.
