Description

Come explore your creativity in a relaxed space. Using various water media, you will make your own piece of art with Karen Siegel. We will then be guided through a sound meditation with Lisa Cooper, accompanied by different instruments. Sound meditation uses calming sounds and tones to focus the mind, reduce stress and enhance immune and heart health.

Class will be held in the Weatherstone Studio. Please wear comfortable and relaxed clothing.
