Adult Contemporary classes explore the blending of different dance styles, giving dancers the tools to move their bodies in new ways. In delving into a plethora of contemporary dance styles, dancers will also learn contemporary repertoire from a professional dancer in the field.
Train in a supportive judgment-free environment designed for fun, stress reduction, and physical health.
