Description

Celebrate creativity, connection, and self-expression in this inspiring encaustic hearts workshop led by artist and educator Carolyn Childs.

The class begins with a demonstration of essential encaustic techniques and tools. Carolyn will then guide participants step-by-step in creating beautiful heart-themed artwork.  You'll have the opportunity to create a piece that is uniquely your own.

Throughout the workshop, participants will learn a variety of encaustic techniques using a hot iron.  One finished artwork may be displayed in a Lucite frame, which is included in the class fee.

This workshop is designed for all skill levels. Experience the joy of creating with wax. Whether you're making a heartfelt gift, celebrating love and friendship, or simply exploring a new artistic medium, this workshop offers a fun, meaningful, and restorative creative experience.

 All materials will be provided.

Please feel free to bring any refreshments you would like for the evening, including wine & snacks!
